Commuter options:

Carpool

Share driving, spend less, and gain more.

Want to spend less money on daily commute and vehicle maintenance costs? Consider joining a carpool. Even sharing commuting duties with one person will halve the commuting costs. Additionally, commuting will help the environment by reducing traffic and keeping cars off the road. When it is not your turn at the wheel, you can take some extra relaxation time, prep for your workday, or enjoy social time with your fellow carpoolers. Do you not know anyone with the same commute? Do not worry; RideNoCo can help residents find local matches throughout the region. Click below to register quickly and easily find your carpool. Just try it! You have nothing to lose but costs and everything to gain.

Biking & Walking

Free your mind and your wallet!

Choosing to bike or walk to work or other destinations not only benefits your health and the environment but also saves you money. So, why wait? Start a bike ride or walk today and enjoy the benefits of a healthy, eco-friendly, and free way to get around. Find the best routes for your commute on RideNoCo.

Carshare

Ditch the costs of owning a car while still having one at your disposal.

Car payments, repairs, maintenance, insurance, and gas prices all add up. Why not eliminate them? Studies show that owning a new car can cost up to $8,000 a year. If you drive fewer than 10,000 miles a year, car sharing may be a more sensible option. Carsharing provides access to a car without the costs of ownership. Driving only when necessary, as most car sharers do, helps take cars off the road and reduce traffic and pollution. It is a win-win situation.

Vanpoolers will select a driver and share the monthly fare equally among Vanpool members. Each group can customize its vehicles to suit its specific needs. Vans can be modified by adding features compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
