The 2025 Coordinated Plan

The 2025 regional Coordinated Public Transit/ Human Services Transportation Plan was approved in December 2025. The federally required To be Coordinated Plan brings together representatives from human service agencies, transit agencies, and other stakeholders to identify needs and set strategies and goals for improving the mobility of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and lower-income people in the region. The Coordinated Plan guides the activities of the Larimer County and Weld County Mobility Committees over the next four years. Boulder County Mobility for All collaborates with community partners throughout Boulder County to offer transportation-related technology workshops and one-on-one support to help community members of all ages and abilities feel more comfortable using transportation applications such as Google Maps, the Transit App, Lyft, Uber, and RTD Mobile Ticketing.
